To provide our customers with confidence and peace of mind, we offer a clear and structured Work Guarantee.

OUR GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the work being completed.

Once a valid concern has been raised within this timeframe, we will:

  • Review the issue

  • Arrange a return visit

  • Rectify the problem free of charge

This guarantee applies strictly to the quality of workmanship carried out by The Tidy Crew.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

Register Your Complaint

Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.
You can contact us via phone, email, or message, providing:

  • Your name and address

  • Date of service

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence where possible (recommended)

Acknowledgement & Response

We aim to respond promptly to all enquiries. While we may respond outside of standard working hours, response times may vary.

As long as your complaint is submitted within the 24-hour window, it will be honoured.

Follow-Up Visit

If your claim is accepted, we will arrange a return visit at a mutually convenient time to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

SCOPE OF THE GUARANTEE

This guarantee covers:

  • Incomplete cleaning results

  • Missed areas within the agreed scope of work

  • Issues directly caused by workmanship

EXCLUSIONS

The Work Guarantee does not cover the following:

Pre-Existing Conditions

  • Permanent staining (e.g. rust, oil, paint, lichen root damage)

  • Surface discolouration that cannot be removed through standard cleaning

  • Damage, wear, or deterioration of surfaces prior to cleaning

 

Environmental & External Factors

  • Weather conditions affecting results after completion (e.g. rain, wind-blown debris)

  • Organic regrowth (e.g. algae, moss, mould) occurring after treatment

  • Drainage issues or water run-off beyond our control

 

Access Limitations

  • Areas that were inaccessible at the time of service

  • Obstructed surfaces (e.g. furniture, vehicles, locked areas) not moved or made available

 

Customer Actions

  • Work altered, interfered with, or treated by third parties after completion

  • Delay in reporting issues beyond the 24-hour notification period

 

Expectations Beyond Service Scope

  • Results exceeding what was discussed or reasonably achievable for the surface condition

  • Natural variations in surface appearance following cleaning

CONDITIONS OF THE GUARANTEE

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of job completion

  • The original invoice must be paid in full

  • Access must be granted for us to inspect and rectify the issue

  • We reserve the right to assess whether the issue falls within the scope of this guarantee

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

While we will always aim to resolve any valid concerns, The Tidy Crew’s liability under this guarantee is limited to:

  • Re-cleaning or re-treating the affected area

We do not offer refunds unless deemed appropriate at our sole discretion.
