Our team makes customers fully aware of our rates at the time the work/or job is booked and can help you with any enquiries you may have about our services or pricing.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all of the following:

We do not charge for a quoting visit, travel time, fuel, parking, Congestion/ULEZ etc.

GUARANTEE

We are totally confident in the quality of our cleaning and to prove it we offer a robust guarantee. If you are not happy with the results, let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean your windows free of charge.

ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION

We incur a minimum charge for any booked job

Payment must be made in full upon completion of the work by credit/debit card. If that is not possible, an advance payment will be requested

For regular services we use direct debit as our payment method

All our quotes are subject to VAT and can be provided either verbally or in writing upon request before work commences

Materials are supplied by us and included in the quote

Invoices are digital and will be sent to your email showing a full description of works including the date and address of the property

We do not surcharge for credit card payments
