We are totally confident in the quality of our cleaning and to prove it we offer a robust guarantee. If you are not happy with the results, let us know within 24 hours and we will return free of charge.

If there is an issue with any of our work, please send us a message or give us a call explaining the issue. Please do so within the first 24h of our visit.

Outside hours support
We strive to follow up on any complaints even outside working hours, but if you do not hear back from us immediately, please do not worry, as long as you have submitted your comments within the 24h.

Following Up
We return to correct any issue free of charge at a time convenient for you.
